Our jewellery may include materials such as stainless steel, gold-plated metals, PVD-coated metals, brass, copper, natural stones, pearls, crystals, enamel, or other materials. Due to the nature of these materials and manufacturing processes, slight variations in colour, texture, size, shape, or finish may occur and shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
Jewellery Care Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for following all jewellery care instructions provided by Khoj by JJ.
Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, chemicals, excessive moisture, sweat, or improper storage may affect the appearance, finish, or durability of jewellery over time.
Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, plating fading, tarnishing due to environmental factors, or damage resulting from misuse shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Your order shall not be deemed accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have issued an order confirmation.

Payment Policy
Khoj by JJ currently accepts prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available. We reserve the right to introduce COD or additional payment methods in the future without prior notice.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Khoj by JJ currently does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Personal preference
• Delayed delivery caused by courier services
If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and order details.
Any replacement, repair, store credit, refund, or other remedy shall be granted solely at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance procedures, strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information may be charged to the customer.
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier partner, Khoj by JJ shall not be liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.
